Trinity Townhomes

The Trinity Townhomes is located just Southwest of downtown Dallas across the Trinity River on the outskirts of East Kessler Park. The neighborhood is one of oldest in Dallas and has an abundance of mature trees, rolling hills, and unique architecture. The areas around the Trinity River and the Trinity Townhomes continues to see increased residential and commerical development as a result of the billion dollar Trinity River Corridor Project. The Trinity River Corridor Project is the largest public improvement projects in Dallas history. The project includes over $1 billion in total improvements for:
